This method involves carefully fermenting the beans under water for a period of 24 to 72 hours, ensuring optimal results that are influenced by the weather conditions and volume of coffee.

 

By undergoing this meticulous process, our fully washed coffee unlocks a symphony of flavours and aromas. The sugars and amino acids, inherent within each coffee cherry, are delicately released, lending our brew a distinctively clean, bright, and sweet profile.
