The Amayar Coffee Factory, a women-led enterprise, prides itself on producing top-tier coffee from the hilly terrain of Ywangan in the Southern Shan State. One of our premier offerings is dry natural coffee, an exquisite blend that reflects our skilled artisanship.

 

This coffee is processed using a method that requires whole coffee cherries to be sun-dried before hulling. We meticulously select coffee cherries at peak ripeness, ensuring we use between 95-100% ripe and fresh cherries for each batch. This method guarantees our dry natural coffee yields a sweet, fruity, and complex flavour profile that sets it apart.

 

Nonetheless, this method requires a significant amount of skill and attention to ensure even drying and prevent any spoilage or moulding, highlighting the care that goes into each batch. Consequently, our dry natural coffee is among the most distinctive and exotic in the world, a testament to our unwavering dedication to coffee production.
